Reclaim Your AUTONOMY

Donate $25 to The Jed Foundation

[THE CHALLENGE]

Live without a computer in your pocket & reclaim your AUTONOMY.

[THE FORFEIT]

Donate $25 to The Jed Foundation.

[THE RULES]

When you are HOME → phone MUST stay plugged into the charger AT ALL TIMES.
When you LEAVE the property you may unplug and take it with you.
You’re allowed to be reachable while traveling, just like the original purpose of mobile phones.
Work exceptions obviously allowed but be extremely strict.

Set your wall charger up in an inconvenient place like the kitchen counter. Do not put it next to your bed.
iOS Shortcut (Hard Mode): Automation > 'When iPhone is Disconnected from Power' > Actions: Set Volume 100%, Speak Text ('Rule Breaker'), Vibrate Device, Set Brightness 0%. Try taking it off the wall now.

What Changes

Conversations will last longer than 6 minutes without someone “just checking something.”
You will rediscover that a bathroom break actually takes 3 minutes, not 22.
You will slap your empty pocket in panic 15 times a day, proving exactly how conditioned you are.
You realize that boundaries aren't just mental—they must be geographical.
