Turn on 'Low Power Mode' immediately to extend the life.
Turn down screen brightness. It makes the phone less stimulating to look at.
Space out your 3 charges strategically (e.g., Wednesday, Friday, Sunday).

You will stop wasting battery on nonsense video loops.
You will instinctively prioritize 'Utility' (Maps/Calls) over 'Entertainment'.
