After sunset, you may not use electric sources of light.
Candles, fireplaces, or total darkness only.
Flashlights allowed for safety/emergencies only.

Buy 50 tea lights. They are cheaper than therapy.
Pre-cook dinner. Cooking by candlelight is romantic but dangerous.
Go to bed when you are bored. That is the point.
