Your phone may only be operated with your non-dominant hand.
Typing, scrolling, tapping. All non-dominant.
Two-hand typing is allowed, but the dominant hand may not hold the phone.

Put a bandage on your dominant thumb as a physical reminder.
Notice how your dominant hand reaches for the phone automatically. That reflex is the autopilot you are disrupting.
