At Friday sundown, power off every personal device in your possession.
Phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, smartwatches, and gaming consoles must remain completely dead until Saturday sundown.
No checking messages, no streaming music, no tracking steps, and no searching the web. If it has a chip, a screen, or an internet connection, it is dead to you.

Warn your family and friends on Thursday night so they do not assume you are dead when you vanish.
Put every single device in a closet or the trunk of your car. Out of sight kills the automatic reflex to grab them.
Pre-cook your food or buy paper maps if you plan to leave the house. You cannot look up a recipe or use GPS navigation.

What Changes

Time will violently slow down. A single Saturday will feel like a long weekend.
You will expose the terrifying depth of your technological dependence within the first three hours.
